How can I track my order?

You can view the order status via your customer account. As soon as your order is ready for shipment, the status changes to completed. A follow-up is not yet set in our system for the moment!

How can I return my order?

You can return any article up to 14 days after receiving it. The items you wish to return must not be worn or washed. You may try the items on to see whether they fit or meet your expectations but, if you intend returning them, please ensure that any items of clothing do not pick up unpleasant odours. We check all returned clothing for stains and odours. Furthermore, all items must be sent back to the original package, with all labels. Please note us your information. The package must be delivered to DHL/post for return. Returning packages using a different courier is at your own risk. If anything should happen to the package, OSWSA cannot be held liable.

What is the delivery time?

In the case of orders on weekdays before 12:00 a.m., your shipment will normally be ready for shipment on the same day and delivered to DHL. The delivery time is usually 2 to 5 working days. Please note that during the tournament season and the sale period, the shipping process may take a little longer.

How can I return my order?

What are the rules concerning returning items?

Items that have not been worn and still have original label and original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt. The items can be tried out to see if they fit and if the model meets your expectations. As soon as we receive your return, we will refund the amount of the payment used for the purchase.

OSWSA is entitled to send items back, they should give the impression that they have been washed or worn or have damage that is not due to a production defect.

OSWSA reserves the right to refuse reimbursement requests, should the repeated irregularities occur when a customer orders.

What are the return options?

On the invoice or order confirmation you will find the address to which the package must be sent back. Please attach information about partial returns and wishes. Once the returned article has arrived, the money will be transferred to your account using the payment method used during the purchase.

When will I receive my money back?

The amount will be credited to your bank or credit card account within two to three weeks after the return has been received by us.

How long does it take to process a return?

From the moment the order/return was handed over to DHL/post, it may take up to a week before we receive your order a tour office. We check every return. Once this check is complete, we will arrange for a refund (a partial amount) of your payment. Depending on the payment (bank, credit card, etc.) It may take up to a week before the refund is credited.

Can I exchange an item for another size?

We can exchange the articles. Please inform us if the item is in the desired size/colour, we will be happy to exchange it. Otherwise, you will be refunded the purchase amount.

Will the delivery costs of my returned item(s) be reimbursed?

The shipping costs are only refunded upon return of a full order.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. As soon as we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email. If you think that money has been debited from your account without receiving a confirmation email, please also check the spam folder. If you have created a customer account with us, your order will also be displayed on the page of this account.

Can I cancel my order?

This depends on your shipping status. Contact our customer service as soon as possible and keep your order number ready. If the order has already been processed, the order can no longer be cancelled. However, the contract can still be revoked with the help of the model revocation form.

Will I receive an invoice of my order?

Yes. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The invoice is in the package in which the ordered items are sent. We send the invoice for payments cash in advance by email, these should be transferred within 5 working days after receipt, otherwise we will cancel the order.

Is it safe to oay online at OSWSA?

Like most trusted sites, we also use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect your personal information when it is transmitted over the Internet. If you choose PayPal as a payment method, you will need to sign in to your PayPal account and confirm your payments. PayPal is a very secure payment method. All your purchases are subject to PayPal's buyer protection.
